Brick Breaker
Keep the ball in play, guide it into the brick patterns and clear the ordinary bricks to finish each level. Steel bricks stay in place, so use the rebounds to find another route.

About Brick Breaker
Brick Breaker is an original browser arcade game with 48 fixed layouts. Levels 1–20 use four rows, 21–34 use five, and 35–48 use six. Any steel bricks are limited to the top row, with no more than six per layout. Keep the ball in play with the paddle and break every ordinary brick to clear the selected level; each ordinary brick adds 10 points.
Choosing or restarting a level starts a fresh run with three lives and a score of zero. After a win, the next level starts automatically in three seconds; Continue now skips the wait and Stay here cancels that countdown. Score and remaining lives carry forward, and level 48 stays on screen. All 48 levels are available to choose. Progress is not saved, and there is no gameplay timer or endless mode.

- 02Launch with Space or the on-screen launch button. The ball waits beside the paddle until you launch it.
- 03Each ordinary brick is worth 10 points. Steel bricks cannot be broken; clear every ordinary brick to win the level.

Brick Breaker tips and strategies
Read the paddle angle
Where the ball meets the paddle affects its return direction. Move to meet it deliberately, then watch the path before making the next adjustment.
Work around steel
Steel bricks survive every hit. Use rebounds to reach ordinary bricks around them instead of spending time trying to clear the steel.
Protect the next serve
Each fresh run has three lives. If you need to step away, pause; a hidden tab pauses too, but you must resume explicitly on return.
- Meet the ball at different points along the paddle to vary its return angle and reach another part of the layout.
- Steel bricks remain after a hit. Watch how the ball rebounds and steer it toward ordinary bricks that are still standing.
- Pause before stepping away. A hidden tab pauses automatically, and the game waits for you to resume when you return.
Brick Breaker FAQ
Can I play on a phone or computer?
Yes. Use the arrow keys or A/D on a keyboard, move the pointer on desktop, or press and drag on a touch screen.
Is there a timer?
There is no gameplay deadline. After a level win, the next level starts in three seconds unless you choose Stay here; Continue now skips the wait. Pause whenever you need a break.
Does the game save my progress?
No. All 48 levels are available in the level picker, but your current run and score are not saved.
Why does the remaining-bricks count exclude some bricks?
It counts only ordinary bricks that can be broken. Steel bricks remain in the layout and do not prevent a level win.
What carries into the next level?
After you clear a level, your current score and remaining lives carry into the next layout.
What does Restart do?
Restart begins the selected level again with a score of zero and three lives. Choosing another level also starts a fresh run.
